      103 is easy, we have to fill details of our past article ship period and name of firm.

      It is simple u can use android application called financial calculator, input ur article ship period it shoes year month and days

    Sir, is my principal and MIT the same.? is submitting form 109 alone enough for transfer.? or any other letter is required.?

      Form 109 is for termination from current article ship. For join other CA simply fill form 103

    Can I temporarily terminate articleship as I wish to join for a job for one year?
    I would like to continue my articleship after that. Then what all are the procedures? I have completed 14 months of articleship.
    Would you please help me with preparing a request letter to the ICAI? And to which address it should be sent?
    Moreover can I know the exact working hours an article should work per week? And if I have worked for extra hours, can I deduct it from the total leave i have taken? kindly reply as soon as possible.

    Hello
    you completed 14 months already, more than 1 year now you have to take permission of ICAI for terminate and filled form 109.
    other wise you can filled 109 with earlier date ie within 12 months and send it with late fees of Rs. 1000, and not necessary to take permission of ICAI.

    Delay Corresponding fees to be paid
    30 days beyond specified period Rs. 100
    31 - 180 days beyond specified period Rs. 300
    After 181 days beyond the specified period Rs. 1,000

    Article ship: 36 hours per week(mon-sun), excess hours are set off against your leaves.

    Hello . Please help me . I want to transfer my article from one ca to another within 1 year .
    1). Do I have to submit form 109 and obtain the transfer acceptance letter from ICAI and attach the same with 103 ...or can I submit both forms 109 and 103 at same time.. ?
    2). If I was previously registered in Ghaziabad firm and now Going to Delhi firm.. which notary paper is needed ? Is it still required? And what documents should be annexed with form 109?
